Action Assets Limited LLC ("Action Assets," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website actionassets.ai, sells digital products, and provides AI consulting services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from you, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers. We receive a record of the transaction, the last four digits of the card, and billing metadata from Stripe.
- Automatic information. Your IP address, browser type, referrer, device type, and pages visited, collected through Vercel Analytics and standard server logs. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
- Email communications. If you opt in to our newsletter or email list, we store your email address and engagement history (opens, clicks) to improve future communications.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Fulfill digital product purchases and deliver download links.
- Respond to consulting inquiries and contact form submissions.
- Send transactional email (receipts, delivery, support).
- Send marketing and educational email if you have opted in.
