Refund Policy

Effective April 9, 2026

The Short Version

We want you to actually use what you buy. If a digital product does not work as described, or if you bought the wrong product, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right, usually by issuing a full refund.

1. Digital Products

Digital products (form bundles, templates, starter kits, prompt packs) are delivered immediately on purchase. Because they are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," refunds are handled on a good-faith basis:

  • 14-day goodwill window. If within 14 days of purchase you feel the product does not match its description, email us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation. We will issue a full refund.
  • Technical issues. If your download link is broken, the file is corrupt, or the product is missing content listed in the description, we will either fix it immediately or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
  • Bulk and abuse. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show signs of product misuse, redistribution, or repeated refund patterns across orders.

2. Consulting Engagements

Consulting fees are governed by the statement of work or engagement letter signed at the start of the project. Unless your engagement document says otherwise, fees for work already performed are non-refundable. Prepaid hours or retainers that have not been consumed will be refunded on a pro-rata basis if you cancel before work has started.

3. Courses and Workshops

If you paid us directly for a course or workshop and cannot attend, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, or before 50% of the course content has been delivered for a pro-rata refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with:

  • The email address you used to purchase.
  • The order number from your receipt (begins with "cs_" or is in the subject line of the Stripe receipt).
  • The name of the product or service.
  • A brief reason for the refund request.

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us first before disputing with your bank. Almost every refund issue can be resolved directly and faster than a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in loss of access to our products and services.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy. Changes apply only to purchases made on or after the updated effective date shown above.
